Pneumatic Seals

Wear Rings

Pneumatic seals operate typically in air or other gaseous medium.

The sliding movements, i.e. a piston in a tube, risks metal to metal contact which will damage the surface and the seals. There for piston and rod need to be supported by precision guiding elements like wear rings, wear bands or guide rings.
