Pressure: up to 10,00psi (700bar)* continuous, special designs up to 20,000psi (1,400bar)* for pressures exceeding 3,000psi (210bar), please contact engineering
Surface Speed: up to 3,500fpm (17.5m/s)* at lower pressure
Temperature: -58 to 400°F (-50 to 200°C)* depending on seal material
PV-Rating: 9.0 to 10.0 depending on seal design and material
Seals can not be operated at their upper pressure and speed ratings at the same time.

This seal is for high PV applications characterized by high pressure and low speed. This seal has a small cross section and is available in many materials specially suited to handle aggressive chemicals and environments. Flanged V-Spring-loaded high-pressure rotary shaft seal
Designed to provide long service life and low friction for extreme service applications over a wide temperature range.
This seal style is able to operate efficiently in environments where the operating parameters vary over a wide range. Cycling of pressure, speed or temperature can all be accommodated, as can mechanical torsion due to changes in movement type or direction. The seal is clamped on the flanged heel, preventing it from rotating and forming a positive static seal area. Also available in small quantities for repairs and seal replacement in 1 to 3 days.

Data provided are guidelines for ideal operating conditions. Seals cannot be operated at their upper pressure and speed ratings at the same time.
