Permachem™ Materials

Permachem materials were specially developed for use as sealing materials in environments in which the application temperature or medium will destroy traditional sealing materials.

AHP Seals
Proprietary Material

Special Application
For Which Developed

Permachem  2673

A special sealing coating for metal cased oil seals

Permachem 4200

Chemically resistant at elevated temperature

Permachem 5600

For parts with close tolerances that must be dimensionally stable over a wide temperature range

Permachem 5800

For high temperature applications where off-gasing is not acceptable

Permachem 5900

A chemically resistant material with a high level of durability

Permachem 5962

An FDA-compliant material with good mechanical properties like stiffness and creep resistance

Permachem 6140

An extrusion resistant low friction material

Permachem 6225

Developed to have good chemical resistance and good balance between extrusion resistance and sealability
