L101

L101 is a cast Polyamide impregnated with lubricants to improve dry-run. L101 has very good physical properties and is one of the most widely used engineering plastics in the industry today.

L101 is resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils, greases, esters and ketones. Because of its good mechanical properties and low coefficient of friction, it is used for wear-rings, bearings back-up rings and general engineering components.

Temperature Range: -40°F to 248°F (-40°C to 120°C)
