Oil & Grease Seals
Our standard oil seals consist of a rubber elastomer bonded to a metal case or can. A, B and C styles are the most popular types of oil seals. Oil seals typically have a garter spring which helps keep the lip against a shaft for rotary shaft movement. Standard oil seals are mostly used as bearing seals and rotary shaft seals for fast rotary motion under very low pressures (max. 7psi).  AHP Seals also offers higher pressure rotary shaft seals, with many designs and styles of rotary seals available.

 

AHP Seals has special designs for seal replacement when the standard oil, grease & bearing seal is not available, when a better performing seal is needed, or when you want to avoid a costly shaft repair. If your shaft is worn out, we can replace your seal in many cases with a specially designed seal that works as good or better than the original without the need of shaft repair (R01SL, R02SL styles).

Our Bearing seals enhance the performance and life of bearings by minimizing dirt, oil and water ingress that results in damage and premature failure of the bearing.
