SP-1 - is the unfilled base resin. It provides maximum physical strength, elongation and toughness and the best electrical and thermal insulation.

SP-21 - has 15% by weight graphite filler added to provide low wear and friction for bearings, thrust washers and dynamic seals.

SP-22 - has 40% by weight graphite filler added. This provides the same properties as SP-21 for wear and friction plus improved dimensional stability . SP-22 has the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion of all the grades.

SP-211 - has 15% graphite and 10% by weight Teflon® fluorocarbon resin added. SP-211 has the lowest coefficient of friction over a wide range of operating conditions. It also has the lowest wear rate up to 300°F.

SP-3 - has 15% by weight molybdenum disulfide added to provide lubrication for seals and bearings in vacuum or dry environments.
