N101 is a black Nitrile Butadiene Rubber commonly refered as NBR, Nitrile or Buna. Nitrile forms the most common group of elastomeres for general sealing use. N101 has good physical properties and is superior to most rubbers in regards to comperession set, tear and abrasion resistance. N101 offers high resistance to mineral oil based hydraulic fluids, silicone greases, petroleum-based oils, water and alcohols.

It is used for lip-seals, U-cups,and special sealing applications up to a temperature of 212°F (100°C). Precautions should be taken to avoid exposure of Nitrile to highly polar solvents like aceton, MEK, chlorinated hydrocarbons and nitro hydrocarbons which cause rapid and extreme deterioration.
Temperature Range: -22°F to 212°F (-30°C to 100°C)*

N102 is a Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber, giving it varying degrees of saturation of the the polymeric chain, resulting in enhanced physical properties and improved chemical resistant.

It is excellent heat and oil resistant including exposure to such oil additives as detergents, anti-oxidants and anti-wear agents. It also shows a up to five times highe resistance to sour gas and ozone resistance. N102 is used for seals in oil well applications, and other general industrial applications where improved performance and service life is required.
Temperature Range: -30°F to 302°F (-35°C to 150°C)

P104 is a High Performance Polyurethane similar to P101 ecept it is modified with a lubricator for reduced friction and stick-slip. It has excellent resistant to abrasion, hydrolysis and micro-organisms. It is recommended for use in water hydraulics, mining, industrial hydraulics, mineral-oil based fluids and biodegradable hydraulic fluids for lip seals, compact rod and piston seals, wipers, vee-packings and for special sealing applications wher improved performance and service life is important.
Temperature Range: -22°F to 230°F (-30°C to 110°C)
