P501
is a special formulated polyester elastomer. P501 is designed
to provide superior resistance to dry heat (at 304°F)
and/or oil aging. P501 also exhibits excellent resitance
to a broad variety of oils, fuels, solvents and chemicals
at low and high temperatures.
P501 is used for seals, packings and gaskets which require
a higher level of heat and/or aging it is resitant up to
302°F, and is used in heavy duty, high pressure hydraulics
& oil field industry and for applications where other
materials fail.
Temperature Range: -78°F
to 392°F (-60°C to 200°C)

P103
is a newly developed food grade high performance polyurethane
elastomer (H-Polyurethane). Tests have been performed in
accordance with the US code of federal regulations 177-2600.
Both n-Hexane and water extractables were performed.
Especially resistant to abrasion, hydrolisis and micro-oranisms.
Test results also confirmed better high and low temperature
performance than competitors materials. These outstanding
engineering properties makes P103 the top performer in the
industry. It is recommended for continuous use in hot water
up to 212°F and with dry and/or wet food. Most common
products are lip seals and special seals for food processing
equipment.

to 230°F (-30°C to 110°C)

P301
is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. It's outstanding
features are high resistance to abrasion, low compression
set, high regidity and high tear strength. P301 is
used in industrial hydraulic sytems (lip seals, chevron packings,
wipers, O-rings and special seals), where improved performance
and service life is important. Resitant to petroleum oils,
hydrocarbon fuels, ozone and weathering is good.
Temperature Range: -22°F
to 230°F (-30°C to 110°C)
